RETURN AND REFUND OF GOODS ACCEPTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT ON ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY
RETURN of the Goods: 5 days following receipt of the goods for the return in the original packaging without damage or stains at the customer's expense.
The tracking number as proof of shipment. After this period NO RETURN OR REFUND will be possible. La Maison Victoria reserves the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in good condition. The refund will be made within 15 working days of receipt of the goods.
